In case you missed it, this new gameplay video for Mirror's Edge hit the net today and watching it makes me incredibly excited about the game. Of course, it also makes me very... very.. tired. Check it out:

However, I still don't see the hype for this game. Yeah I know that phrase has been said by many on practically any high profile video game, but thats how I feel about it. No doubt it'll be a good game, just think there's some flaws in it others aren't seeing. Oh well.; August 21, 2008 at 12:14 PM

Anonymous said...: Wow, it really feels like your running, especially as you hear her breathing become more heavy the more she climbs and runs.; August 21, 2008 at 4:03 PM
Anonymous said...: I really liked the trailer, and by the looks of it the game plays great too. Like DJ said, I'm hoping it's not too linear though. I can't wait to play it and see what it's really like.

By the way, what system does everyone think they'll end up getting it for? I imagine some of you don't have both a PS3 and a 360 yet... if that's the case, I suggest you take a look at this Stacker 2 contest going on where you can win the system of your choice, a copy of Rise of the Argonauts, and more. There are less than 185 entrants as of now too, so you have to like the odds... Check out the details here: http://www.brickfish.com/Entertainment/Stacker2?tab=overview

By the way, I hope you guys don't mind me commenting on your blog. I work with them so feel free to send me an e-mail if you have any questions. Let me know if you enter and I'd be happy to vote for your design too. Good luck.
