Instead of being pushed back, EA's Dead Space has actually been moved forward a week. The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game will hit retail stores on the 14th of Oct while the PC version is still expected to land on shelves on the 21st. This is cool... but this better be good EA. O how I want to like you.

EA really improved themself during the last year. I was impress just by what they made in Army of Two ...lol. But yeah, much better for Dead space to be early then late. More time to get scare during October.
really?, it said yesterday on inside xbox its launching on the 24th, the same day as fable 2.
Its actually quite nice to see a game these days get moved foward, considering this gen it's mostly all been about delays.
Although usually I'd say fowarding the release is a bad move because it means less development time and just a way of avoiding other big releases, but from all the videos I've seen of Dead Space it looks extremely polished and ready for shipping.
But if it does turn out bad (Which I doubt anyway) at least we get to know about it sooner, unlike other dissapointing delayed yet glitch filled titles *cough* Mercenaries 2 *cough*
We can only hope eh?
