Ok, so THQ and Drawn to Life, it's a little shaky of a purchase for 30 bucks. I've heard it's like tower defense, which I've never played but heard of mentioned many times. Plus I love the artwork on the cover.
On the other hand, horrible crappy cover art. At first glance it looks like a novel or crappy PC software. It's a Touch Generations Game so it's got me a little worried by the simplicity catered towards "non-gamers." But it is something new and different, so I'm somewhat interested to try it out. Also, the 20 dollar price tag is my magic number.Anyone playing these can let me know if they're any good?

David, I can let you know that that Millionheir game is being called the "Poor Man's Professor Layton". See, the Millionheir game is like those free games on the net where it's like "Try to find this specific item out of all this stuff in a room!" Whereas Professor Layton and the Mysterious Village is "Let's solve an awesome mystery while meeting intriguing characters and doing some creative, if not mind-bending puzzles!" The only grievance I have about Professor Layton is, like Penny Arcade says "You have to do everybody's f*cking math homework." It's still better than Millionheir in my opinion. Check it out! ^.^ Also, Lock's Quest looks intriguing.
Mystery Case Files was fun on the PC and they added stuff to the formula for the DS so it would make sense to be good.
lol @ the box art. never played mystery case files but professor layton was good :o
I didn't play any of them, but looking at Lock's quest it seam worth it. Any main character using a wrench is bound to be a good game (ex: Dark Cloud 2 and Ratchet&Clank)
