So Brad posted a clip related to the moment he realized that gaming was going to be a big part of his life so here is mine. Some of my earliest memories in gaming are actually playing through Final Fantasy VII and Resident Evil 2 for the PS1 but before all that, there was one game that set the groundwork for where I stand today. This is the first game I ever became obsessed with. The first game that I took the time to get really good at. The first game that drained hours from the day. One game to rule them all...
It's too bad the controller is impossible to use now... How I miss the...
My never going back moment is the day i decided to try multiplayer online in Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. (PC) hours spent with dusty and his little clan. oh how i miss those days...
I bought an old N64 and some games at a boot sale once to see why people held Goldeneye with such high praise. tbh it's a really fun game, and it must have been mind blowing when it was released.
I have a really hazy memory, but I think my 'Never Going Back' moment was when my friend brought round God of War to play with for the first time. It was just so amazing on all areas. Back then in 2005 I didn't even know what an E3 was. lol.
My never going back moment would probably would have to be when I first got my snes. After I got Super Mario-RPG, I knew it that I was going to be a gamer. Since that day I will forever remember that Super Mario-RPG will be the game that made me a gamer.
man goldeneye was my 1st ever 1st person shooter, or shooter for that matter. and its becase of this game i ever got into competitive gaming, well this and counter strike. and me learning how to play at 5 years old wasnt the best idea for my older cousin, cause i learn how to tash talk and when your 5 you say somethings you dont even know the meaning of.
